The Flux Emanator operates on strict directional contact mechanics: Voidbloom pixels must physically contact the top hopper surface. Feeding Voidbloom laterally via standard conveyor belts or dropping it alongside the casing will cause raw items to bounce off or pile up as useless debris.
Upstream supply requires a 1:1 balance of Void Petals and Red Sand processed in an adjacent Mixer. Keep the mixer line elevated above the Emanator to allow gravity-assisted feeding into the top intake port.

Fluxite does not drop as loose inventory items; it crystallizes outward from the bottom center of the Emanator into an expanding spherical bloom. To maximize yield, you must excavate a minimum 5×5 (ideally 7×7) clear chamber directly underneath the machine.
Solid blocks, conveyor belts, or machinery placed directly under the Emanator constrain the crystal's natural circular geometry. When Fluxite collides with obstacles, the game engine must compute complex boundary deformations, which can trigger significant frame rate lag at late-game scales.

If your Flux Emanator stops generating Fluxite, run through this 4-point diagnostic checklist before rebuilding your factory:
1. Intake Contact Failure: Ensure Voidbloom is falling directly onto the top face without resting on adjacent frames. 2. Chamber Boundary Saturation: If the Fluxite sphere reaches the chamber walls, expansion halts until outer layers are mined. 3. Power Siphon Disconnection: The unit requires an adjacent Energy Connector drawing baseline electrical wattage. 4. CPU Calculation Stall: Enormous unbroken Fluxite spheres take progressively longer to compute; harvest mature crystals regularly.

Manual mining with a pickaxe or shovel is too slow to sustain continuous factory research. Position automated Mining Drones or Sweeper Drones along the outer perimeter of the growth chamber. Configure the drones to shave the outer crust of the Fluxite bloom, leaving the core intact so growth never resets to zero.

Mount the machine with at least 5 blocks of open space underneath. Voidbloom must drop from above into its top intake.
