Horizontal Launcher - 1 High

This design is approximately 15% faster to transport items horizontally then the conventional 2 tiles high launcher line on top of a conveyor belt.

Sourcing & Verification

Blueprint string reproduced byte-for-byte from community submission #188 on sandustryvault.com and published verbatim. We have not re-tested it in our own save. Footprint, power draw and throughput are not published by the source, so we do not state them.

Design Intent & Problem Solved

This design is approximately 15% faster to transport items horizontally then the conventional 2 tiles high launcher line on top of a conveyor belt. The 1 'floor' high version loses some efficiency, but it is still quite fast comparing to the traditional 2 tile high launcher on a conveyor belt yet a lot more compact.

Safe Placement & Cold-Start Checklist

  1. Place the module in open space with 2-block perimeter clearance before connecting production lines.
  2. Confirm research prerequisites, conveyor speed match, and liquid drop-pipe heights.
  3. Leave an inspection gap so any blocked Shaker or mineral slurry overflow can be drained safely.
  4. Verify power grid capacity satisfies the initial startup spike before feeding raw ore.
