Sourcing & Verification
Imported verbatim from the sandustryvault.com community vault, submission #30 by Kaelie (2026-08-17); the source reports 1318 in-game copies. We have not re-tested this design in our own save, so footprint, power draw and throughput are left unstated rather than estimated.
Design Intent & Problem Solved
Takes in raw amethelis, dries the petals, burns them to produce florin gas, then condenses it to florinol. Liquid and gold fall to the bottom, florinol being pumped away blocked by advanced filter walls that allow gold to pass out the bottom. You just need to pipe water to all vents, and add lava to buffer boxes, with one pixel of lava in the diagonal slope just beside them to generate steam in the steam box - as shown in the screenshot. Recommended to extend the V shaped amethelis chute above quite a bit - I would have included it but I wanted the BP to fit on screen at 1x zoom. Requires up to Snowmaker in Tier 5 to be unlocked. Recommend grabbing the single module BP also listed on here if you want to build this system differently. I'll be working on a passive heating version in the future that won't consume lava - but burner belts barely use any lava once the buffers are at full heat, I barely ever need to refill these. Feel free to reach out/ping me on the Sandustry discord if you want to discuss this BP; a post for this will be in the share-your-builds forum channel.
