The Cryoblaster shoots a stream of Snow. It is unlocked through Research (Tier 2, 1000 Gold).
It can be used to freeze certain materials.
The Cryoblaster can generate Snow indefinitely. Snow will interact with things like Water and Lava, and can be burned to make Steam.
As Snow can ultimately be transformed into Water, the Cryoblaster unlocks an infinite supply of water, albeit a slow one.
